Competition terms and conditions
ART. 1 - ORGANISATION
The competition is being organised by the public limited Castle Line, whose registered office is located at 8870 Izegem, Ambachtenstraat 47, Belgium, VAT registered under no. BE0424.746.865.
ART. 2 - TERM
The competition will take place over a period of 13 days, starting on 28 June 2022 at 14.00 hrs and ending on 10 July 2022 at 24.00 hrs.
ART. 3 – COMPETITION RULES & REGULATIONS
The competition is being organised on Instagram on the company page of Castle Line. In order to participate, the entrant must meet all of the following terms and conditions:

- To like the post in which the competition is announced: https://www.instagram.com/p/CfWSZOaoa6W/
- To share the post in his/her personal Instagram Stories. Participation in this competition is subject to full acceptance of these rules and regulations. Participation in the competition is reserved to any adult natural person with residence in Belgium.
ART. 4 - WINNER & PRIZE
- The winner will be selected by an impartial observer.
- By participating in the competition, the winner declares that Castle Line may publish their name on the Instagram page of Castle Line.
- The winner will be informed by a direct message on Instagram.
- The prize: a brown SOLO lounge chair by Castle Line, worth €290.
ART. 5 - EXCLUSIONS
Castle Line may at any time exclude a person from participating in the competition if the person fails to meet the terms and conditions of participation as stipulated in Art. 3.
ART. 6 – PRIZE INFORMATION
The prize is not transferable to any third party. There is no other equivalent consideration available.
ART. 7 – FORCE MAJEURE
In the event of a legal or structural amendment, a case of force majeure or any change beyond the control of Castle Line preventing or unbalancing this competition or its basic components, Castle Line will be discharged from all its commitments.
ART. 8 – AMENDMENT OF THE COMPETITION
The competition organisers reserve the right to amend the competition or its process on the grounds of unforeseen circumstances or circumstances beyond their control. They cannot be held liable if, due to circumstances beyond their control, the competition is interrupted, postponed or cancelled.
ART. 9 – POTENTIAL COMPLAINTS
Participation in this competition implies the unconditional acceptance of the rules and regulations and of any decision taken by the organiser. The organiser will not take any disputes into consideration.
Any complaint in relation to this campaign must be dispatched in writing within 7 working days following the end of the competition period, and addressed to the registered office of Castle Line. No complaints will be dealt with verbally or by telephone. Any late complaints or complaints not submitted in writing will not be taken into consideration.
These rules and regulations are governed by Belgian law and any dispute regarding their application will exclusively be settled by the Courts of Bruges.
